The Drizzle Bar is a 46 foot Markley U.S.
Coast Guard Certified for 34 passengers. This vessel meet or exceed the
toughest safety standards. Power
is provided by a pair of 320 HP Caterpillar turbo diesel engines, which
give her a easy 20 knot cruise to her fishing grounds. Aboard you will
find an array of state-of-the-art electronics including a 64 mile radar,
2 GPS units, 2 color fish finders and vhf radios, all from leading
marine electronic manufactures. A variety of custom-built and Shakespeare
rods equipped with Penn reels are supplied for optimum performance.
All rods are rigged are ready for different styles of fishing.
How the "DRIZZLE BAR"
got its name
When my dad was
a young boy, he was told by his uncle not to go near the water
at night because yellow-bellied sap suckers and Drizzle Bars
would get him. Years later, dad researched and found out
the yellow-bellied sap sucker is a bird but there was no such
thing as a Drizzle Bar.
Well,
